Goodwill is excited to celebrate and recognize National Thrift Shop Day on Tuesday, August 17!
By shopping at one of our retail stores, you can find a vast array of clothing, accessories, furniture and home décor for a fraction of the price. But our affordable and vintage finds aren’t the only unique thing about us: when you donate and shop Goodwill you do good in the local community.
Revenue from the sale of donated goods is used to provide community programs and support services such as digital skills training, education, and job placement for people who are struggling to find work. Goodwill provides opportunities for youth, seniors, people with disabilities and others with barriers to employment.
