Return Policy Update

Eligibility Returns:

• You may return eligible items within 5 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must
  • Have the original Goodwill tags attached.
  • You must present the original Goodwill receipt.
  • All returns will be in the form of store credit, we do not process cash or credit returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Gift cards.
• Items without original tags.
• Items without original receipt.

Return Procedure:

Ensure that your item meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.

1. Returns must be made at the store of purchase.
2. Bring the eligible item along with the original receipt to the store, at which point our store staff will inspect the item.
3. Once the return is approved, you will receive store credit for the amount of the returned item(s).
4. Store credits expire after 30 days and will not be re-issued.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Visit Goodwill’s Outlet Store at 330 Benigno Blvd. in Bellmawr, NJ for huge savings. All merchandise is priced at $.49-1.29 per pound excluding larger items and furniture.
