Mobile Donations on Your Time
Donating in bulk during a move out or major clean out just got even easier with Goodwill’s Mobile Donation Unit. This unit is parked at your home, business, or community event free of charge for THREE DAYS. Simply fill it with bagged and boxed clothing and accessories; toys; furniture; and other household goods and we will do the rest! The sale of your donations helps fund career programs that create brighter futures for local residents with disabilities and disadvantages. Please note this is not a substitute for home pick-ups of large items by ReSupply.
Requirements
- Mobile Donation Unit must be parked on a flat service measuring at least 14 feet long, 7 feet wide, and 7 feet high.
- Mobile Donation Unit must stay stationary throughout the duration of the reservation.
- Available in the following New Jersey Counties: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Salem.
How To Request The Mobile Donation Unit
Review the guidelines on this page and complete a reservation inquiry. Once you complete the form, you will be contacted by a Goodwill of Southern New Jersey representative to discuss the details of your needs and availability. Completion of the inquiry form does not guarantee availability.

- Submit a “Mobile Donation Unit Reservation Inquiry” below.
- A member of the Goodwill of Southern New Jersey team will contact you within three business days to discuss the details of your inquiry and select an available date.
- At the scheduled drop-off time, within a two-hour window, a Goodwill representative will arrive at your home or business to securely place the trailer at an acceptable and safe location.
- The Goodwill representative will secure the wheels and the unit is to remain stationary throughout the duration of the reservation, which is three days. The donor is responsible for the security of all items placed into the unit.
- At the end of the reservation, a Goodwill representative will arrive, within a two-hour window, to pick up the unit and bring it to one of Goodwill of Southern New Jersey’s donation centers where it will be sold to support Workforce Development programs right here in South Jersey.
- If requested, a donation receipt will be provided. It is the donor’s responsibility to inventory and assign value to all items according to IRS tax regulations.
