Surplus Merchandise Program
Does your business have overstock or surplus inventory to liquidate? Looking to unload seasonal merchandise? Or maybe your church or neighborhood has leftovers from a rummage sale or community-wide yard sale? If so, please consider donating your surplus inventory to Goodwill. Donations to Goodwill are 100% tax deductible per IRS law. A receipt for tax purposes is always provided. Beyond the tax benefits, you can be rest assured that you are doing something good. Your donations fund job training programs and career services that help local residents with disabilities and disadvantages get to work. Goodwill…where your things start new lives.
For more information or to make bulk pick up or shipping arrangements, please contact Goodwill’s Director of Donation Acquisition John Boyd at jboyd@goodwillnj.org.
Community Service Hours
Are you looking to fulfill community service hours for school? Then consider partnering with Goodwill to host a donation drive. For example, you can host a drive at your school or church or within your neighborhood. You must register your drive with us before starting if you require a formal community service hours acknowledgment letter.
