From First Job to Two Promotions: Justin O.’s Journey
Justin began services with Goodwill in February 2025, seeking assistance with obtaining part-time employment.
In June 2025, Justin secured employment with Lowe’s in the Shipping Department. During the onboarding process, he encountered some initial challenges related to obtaining the certifications required for his position.
Growing Into New Opportunities
With support and perseverance, Justin successfully completed the necessary requirements and adapted well to his role.
In August 2025, Justin earned his first promotion to an LTL position on the sales floor, demonstrating his strong work ethic, reliability and ability to learn new responsibilities.
He continued to excel in this role until receiving a second promotion in April 2026 to the Fulfillment Department.
Continuing to Grow
Within one year of employment, Justin earned two promotions, reflecting his continued professional growth, increased knowledge and expanding skill set.
He has demonstrated a strong commitment to his employment and continues to develop as a valuable member of the Lowe’s team.
